1. Nature of Services

We provide:

• MLM software (Binary, Level, Matrix, Custom plans)
• Custom development services
• Technical setup and support

All offerings are digital and intangible, therefore refund eligibility is limited.

2. No Refund Policy (Primary Condition)

All payments made are non-refundable in the following cases:

• After project initiation
• After demo/admin access is provided
• After software delivery
• After license activation
• For change of mind

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only if:

• Requested within 24 hours of payment, AND
• Work has not been started, AND
• No resources have been allocated

If approved, deductions may include:

• Payment gateway charges
• Administrative costs

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Delay caused by client (documents, approvals, etc.)
• Change in requirements or business plan
• Lack of technical understanding
• MLM business performance or income results
• Legal issues in client’s region
• Server/hosting problems (third-party)
• Integration issues with third-party services

5. MLM Misuse & Fraud Clause

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

• Software is used for illegal activities
• Involvement in Ponzi or pyramid schemes
• Fraudulent financial operations

In such cases:

• Services may be terminated immediately
• Legal action may be taken if required

6. Technical Issue Resolution

If any technical issue occurs:

• Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue
• Provide necessary support and fixes

Refunds are not applicable for issues that can be resolved.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Amount will be credited via the original payment method

8. International Payments

For international clients:

• Currency conversion charges are non-refundable
• Bank/payment gateway deductions will apply

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent suspension of services
• Legal action
